Soil looks pretty wet. Let it dry out for a couple/few days.
Yeah i just watered it yesterday after 3 days of no water.
They look more flat than droopy to me. I don’t think I’d sweat it, but I would guess over not under watered too if you’re seeing them be droopy and starting to curl. I’ve always struggled with over watering so I’m pretty familiar with the signs unfortunately.
A big thing I’ve learned for explosive early growth is you don’t really need to water to soak right away. They do a balance between moisture uptake from the air down to the soil as the early roots develop. I started just waiting until they wilt all the way to water rather than a given time and only do 200 ml or so after the initial microbe soak in 5 gallon pots. I don’t go back to soak until the foliage fills the 5 gallon. Intentionally pushing drought early helps spread roots too and is a standard LST method. I had to wait 8 days on the first soak for them to show signs of wilting in the morning. You’re starting smaller and transplanting up which is better and I’m sure there’s a way to do that with a soak but the roots really want air more at this stage and just can’t be completely dry. They’ll tell you if they are though by wilting and jump back almost instantly once watered. Droopy leaves are not a sign of a thirst plant though even though it really looks like it.
A little wilt closer to lights off seems to be more light related for me though and I also struggled with light stress. 475 is a little high maybe, they’re end of seedling start of veg, but pretty close. I’m just now running mine at 500 week 3 though. I was 300 for seedling and then 400 for a week in transition to veg. One of my girls still shys up at night with the 500 right now but she’s perky until a couple of hours before lights off.
Sorry, night duty with the baby and plant rambling. Hope something in there helps.
