Oh yea lol. Also and I know it’s not 100% factual but they have always said you are never further than like 3 feet from a spider. While that may not be true per SE they are everywhere. Your bedroom, your car, I mean realistically you are probably alot closer at all times than we want to admit. Even 30k feet up they are in the plane or luggage etc so we are typically never far from one
I read that the avg human eats 3 spiders a year while they sleep.
That’s what I heard.
I love my daddy long legs, they protect my girls, from bugs, haven’t seen any yet, hope they show up pretty soon.
I really don’t think I wanted to know that, even Thoe I might have suspected it.
We just always called them “garden spiders” !
I caught one in the womans shower this weekend and moved it to my plants outside.
Now’s the time to start catching preying mantis too and getting them on the plants. At this point they’re still small enough to not be so intimidating. In another two weeks or so when you look up from your plant and you’re face to face with that alien looking thing that’s suddenly 4" long and looking at you you like “Yeah - I can take that down” , it’s kinda creepy!
Mantis are GREAT for plants! No webs, eggs are easy to find, and they eat EVERYTHING! Up to and including hummingbirds! LOL!
Not that hummingbirds are a threat, but when you want a steak, you want a steak!
