I want to try a scrog in a 2x4x5 space
I will try to build the netting. I will need a tray to catch run off and an elevated stand for the pots.
Planning 2 5gal pot scrog (autoflower) any help on equipment would be greatly appreciated

@Fever in that space one would be plenty
I used garden fence green welded wire type for my screen had openings of 2 inches by 4inches and it’s cheap enough you can get a small roll for like 20$ screen is 4foot high so you could just cut to fit tent 
I have 4 in a 4x4 tent and I didn’t get full benefits of screen from the over crowding

I’m in a 3 x 3 x 6 tent. I bought a 3 x 3 x scrog net with hooks and made out of bungee material at the hydro store for about $15. At Home Depot I bought one of those metal restaurant type adjustable shelves which is approximately 30 inches by 20 inches for about $20. . I also bought a Rubbermaid type container that fits underneath for the runoff which I can take out and just bring to the sink. I think that cost me about $6.
Also at Home Depot I bought a two gallon sprayer with hose and long nozzle with trigger for $15.

@Fever just be careful not to overwater them in the 5 gallon pot it’s easy to do I found when using the smart part The harvest is about the same and the 3 gallon or 5 gallon I never seen much different not enough to use that much more dirt
So you use 3 gal pot not 5 @Hogmaster
They are already in 5 gal and are autos good info tho
Yeah use 3 gallon smart pots for my autos I do the side by side comparison with that in the 5 gallon not worth the dirt imo

Was thinking about trying to make some out of heavy duty landscaping fabric ? If I only knew how to sew hahahaha
@Countryboyjvd1971 Get on YouTube my friend and learn yeah it was under four dollars for two of the pot that I like the 3 gallon for the autos for what a small amount or you get out of a 5 gallon I really just think it’s a waste of dirt I need to order some 10 and 15 gallon since I have the room now
Normally like to stay with a 5 to 7 gallon for indoor but now I don’t have to use the tent and have 10 foot of clearance so I’m gonna let them grow let them grow let them grow

I use 5gal this grow cause the 15 gal was big and can hold a lot of dirt hahaha 25 gal forgetit hahaha
I got the 25 for Wifey’s fruit trees was planing on using on my out doors but with the green house I don’t have the hieght they would grow to to use them maybe I’ll sneak one out it a 25 somewhere in the yard I have a ssh clone I need to pot ?

@Fever a scrog normally goes through a few toppings plus an extended vegetative state…you mentioned autoflower…if the plant is growing healthy, you will maybe get one topping in before flowering, I don’t think two is possible. Spread each plant over a 2’ x 2’ area.
What if I just train and bend?
you won’t lose time to topping stress, bending is Low Stress in comparison…it’s that stress that causes the plant to put out auxins and hormones that tell it to start growing side branches.
you would have to determine if the plant is growing fast enough and is healthy to take topping stress with just a few days to recover or would it be a longer recovery with a less healthy growing plant…autoflowers just keep moving along towards flowering and they don’t like stress.
Right I understand. Is it possible just to guide an auto flower in a scrog?
