Small legal grow building?

Yes. That’s exactly what I’m looking at. I think from my numbers that any debt/investment cash can be paid off within two years easily. Maybe one. What makes this difficult is an fdic bank will not make loans to cannabis businesses. That’s why I will do this in phases. And the small bldg will be constructed by me and my subs. I have enough room to add an additional 30x42, but thats getting bigger than i really want. I can get 32 lights/units in the existing planned structure. 16 ph 1, 16 phase 2. DUE DILIGENCE.

Some are already doing that. Big boys have been setting up shop since January, and even b4 the law was passed.

Thats what I believe the delay was about. Big wigs getting funds in place. Im willing to bet money that folds, some of the counties saying ‘not in my county’ have people who are HEAVILY invested in others. cough cough Madison

If a specific location is important enough those companies will put the money behind someone who will give them what they want.

Nope. That hasn’t been the case so far. Many cities opted out, and none so far have opted back in. Gluckstadt even had a second vote of the board, and it was shot down again.
