Seems my plant is slow growing , I don’t know what I am doing wrong. this is her

Co2 (yes/no): no
you have holes in your bucket right? how often are you watering and you need to know ph looks to me like you are using mostly coco so ph needs to be hydro levels 5.5-6.2 with 5.8 being optimum
At that size it is normal for growth to appear to have stopped. This is because the growth energy is being directed to build a stronger root system . When it gets its toe good and dug into the dirt it will take off again
It’s interesting none of the leaves are going to groups of 5… Maybe that’s normal but I would have expected 5, then 7? I’m a rookie so I’m more curious than pointing out a problem.

I have been feeding her some nutrients, hopefully it’s working. I think I may need some more lights ?? Cfls I am using now, and lower them as well. Any help I will use :)!

So it can be done with Cfls. Just need to maybe add a couple more bulbs (you want about 45 actual watts per plant with cfls. So like a 150 watt equivalent wattage bulb is 42 watts actual I believe.) and maybe even move your lights closer and then give it a couple of days to do its thing.
Yes, Zero420 makes an excellent point. Try moving the lights closer, about 2-4" away from the plant - don’t burn it! Also add another light, better yet, get an LED.
