5 Fruity Pebbles above dirt, 2 OG Kush. That’s my Hot Cousin in the middle. Soon she’ll be big enough to put out.
Closet.. around 6 weeks old.. hairs today.. flowering schedule since a week ago. So today is flip.
I planned on 4 plants under the footprint of the light/or approximately 3x3, til flower. It ain’t working. Gotta re-learn growth rate and size, estimations etc.
Done with tie-downs. Too many snags, mishaps, watering a chore.

Hi I hope all my friends and neighbors are well and growing happily.
Started feeding, half label directions 'cuz my tester still ain’t here.
Told it’s backorderd on April 22.
2nd feeding today.
The gallon potting mix got me thru veg without nutes. Couple bad leaves but it was enough.
Emptied compost bin and leaves into a garden box today. They’re bottomless and I dug below ground level. First all the soil onto a tarp, got the compost and leaves in, then the soil back, about 16" deep. Leftover soil made a row along the fence.
A few bags of sheep and cow manure compost around the rest of the garden.
Potatoes leeks flowers cucumbers beans peas carrots sown. More peas and carrots and cucumbers in a few weeks.
Tomatoes peppers broccoli ground cherries canteloupe cannabis started but waiting for soil to warm more. Turnip is biennial so I’ll only get seeds this year.
It’d be awesome to grow canteloupe they’re tasty, healthy, but expensive here.
Lotsa weed plants around for mid/late-May planting. All my Hot Cousins and S1’s. Already gave 6 away. 8 pending.
4 fruity Pebbles, 2 OG Kush, and one S1 for later outdoors probably early/mid June.

Done another session of pollen-sac-picking and gonna let em grow. Not finding more.
My new toy arrived today!
Now I got a real grow light and a good tester.
The tree’s shadow passes the plant for about 1.5hrs in the evening, another gets scattered shade a couple hours earlier. One is dead. I planted 2 more, a Fruity Pebbles and an OG Kush. Carried in enough soil and compost for two more holes. .

I guess I’ll be using EC from now on because it looks like this tester’s PPM reads the 700 scale, by the numbers I’m seeing.
The Miracle Grow I’ve used (half label directions) I’ve been blindly mixing around 1.5 EC and 6.1pH.
Tonight my flowers get feed (Easy Bloom) and I’ll find out what I’ve been giving them (at half strength).

You should be able to change it to the 500 scale.

This is for my micro grow… 110W, 25% 5000k, 75% 2700k.
Lux 35,000 at 16" and at 12" meter is beyond range (>40,000).
Fans in series to draw fewer milliamps.. don’t wanna be changing the transformer. And it’s quieter.
Sits about 4" from the walls.

First hairs showed 29 days ago so calling this 3 weeks flowered (-transition). Upped feed to 1.8EC.
Will try 2.0 or more if the fading progresses. Light 50%, damn it’s bright but what do I know, I can see a good PAR meter in my future.

Just an expirement
Practice for the mini grow-off.
Next grow in the big closet I’m not gonna be so picky about keeping them directly under the light. Maybe it’s time to get plywood and white paint and reduce to 3x3, it’ll be better training more nutes, more light earlier for next grow, bigger harvest but this grow has been easy and buds good quality so far. 8m getting to know my gear anyway.
Light at 60% 6pm to 6am, climate mid 70’s and mid 30’s, usually. EC 2.0 pH 6.4 - 6.7 since last post. Haven’t seen outdoor plants in a week or more can’t remember.

2 plants had spots with halos I picked em off let’s see if they come back
One is in the mini grow closet
Other is in the woods
Threw out all soil and cups and yogurt containers. All 60 of them
That’s when I got the PC Flower and Raised Bed mix a couple weeks ago
Got a new favorite yogurt anyway. Smaller but good starters maybe

It a cool summer so far - might have my best broccoli-growing summer yet, 4 are doing ok
Planted a 20’ row of potatoes, 1 every foot, only 4 are growing. First time. (center row). Outer row with stakes are snow peas.

Try Tymbrim again. And always wanted to grow Tropicana Poison, this will be close as I get for a while

Gonna make my closet fit my light, it’s 51.5 by 49.5 now, I can get free 2x4 and 2x8 and boards… custom sizes. Got other odds n ends. The savings should motivate a person. Going about 3’ deep and 3.5’ wide.
