Yeah don’t wanna burn down your house tho. I’m kinda surprised greenbeams doesn’t make different configurations yet, like in addition to the 240w 25x8 they could easily rotate both boards so that it better fits a square tent, would prolly be like 18x14 or so.
But yeah if you ever have room someday Id try them, it’s damn high quality for being like half the price of the really fancy ones!

Oooh a 2x4, I’d Def consider the GB 240w for that. Def one to put on the maybe list.
So far I have yet to find another company that actually uses high quality components - Meanwell HLG drivers and Samsung diodes etc, that can sell a light for under a dollar a watt.

In what regards? It’s just a 288 board modified to hold to include 470nm of the bspec amd 660nl of thr rspec. I don’t know that it was necessary in their lineup, my guess is either of two things happened. The first being they got enough requests for something like this, or market data suggested they were misding out on a good portion of sales without something like the patriot.
