I’ve not yet purchased any parts from anyone other than them so far. I’m only running 2 pots so I ordered some extra goodies when I placed the original order (T-fittings, extra shutoffs, etc…). The one thing I didn’t order but wish I did was extra line… I can’t see any issue ordering from pretty much anywhere if all you need is the line as its pretty common tubing…
If you DO order from them and didn’t already, I’d order up some extras of the little silicone stopper deals. I’ve heard they can gum up/ over saturate and potentially cause the trays to flood.
While I can’t really see why that would happen I typically swap them out once per grow or before an extended time away for peace of mind. Just swap them out with dry ones, clean the others and let them dry out completely to swap back in when needed.
