How long did you use ice @alienofasoul ?
hey so with this ice thing at the end of the grow. if the cold from the ice promotes trich production, would it then be beneficial to use cold water when watering thru out the grow??

Out of likes, sorry guys.
I did finish with ice and for the last 10 days I decreased water temp with every watering, every 2 days. On the day I landed for the dark period I caked the pot in ice.
Average temp was 68 of my water was 68. By the time I got to 2 days before dark it was 34° Then 2 days later got ice and lights out.
I can’t say for certain that there was a difference. I was also running a 10 hour light period for the last 4 weeks, and was decreasing the dli weekly from 45 down to 20 by lights out. She was frosty.

I’m not doing it this run, but if you can, why not? Doesn’t hurt to experiment.
