Hello everyone. These seeds were done in Happy Frog soil. My light is a spider farmer sf600. It’s hung at the manufacturer’s recommended distance. The leafs seem to bit a bit twisted. I was wondering if I should be worried?

It’s time for a transplant. They should be fine with a transplant and proper watering.

I agree with @MidwestGuy get em in a bigger pot and water, I wouldn’t worry though their roots will grow out and they adapt well
My two girls did the same as seedlings and now they’re certified BBWs Big Beautiful Weeds
