Seedlings have stopped growing

Hi guys,

I have just started my second ever grow but had hit a hurdle 1 week in. My seedlings have stopped growing soon after they sprouted and showed their first pair of leaves. I have used the same soil as my last grow but this time mixed in some perlite about 70:30 ratio soil to perlite, and added some lime as last grow I had some ph issues where my run off was chronically low.

Some more information:

Seeds: Jack Herer autoflower from ILGM
Soil is a seed & cutting germination mix, premium potting mix with perlite added ratio 70:30 plus added lime maybe 5 tablespoons.
Vessels: 30cm plastic pots
PH: as the plants are seedlings I haven’t given a full water yet, I presaturated the pots with tap water and planted and have just been spraying with tap water so far.
PPM/TDS Haven’t watered to run off yet as they are just starting out in presaturated pots.
Indoor grow
450W led light (180W power, model number GL-NM-3T-450)
Temp range 70-79°F
Humidity RH 42-62
Carbon filter with 4inch inline ventilation fan speed control with separate 4 inch inline intake fan.

They germinated very quickly in tap water and were planted into their final pots after about 2 days. They sprouted through the soil a day later and grew over the next week to their current size. They have not changed however in the last 5 days. I gave a tap water (not ph adjusted) and since then the leaves have dropped I suspected overwatering because the pots were presaturated but I thought with the perlite I would be ok. I also thought it could be that because if the lime and not adjusting my water ph down that the ph could be too high?

Do you have any suggestions? I have place the pots in the sun now to dry them out and plan to water then with ph adjusted down to 6.3 and see if they respond but any guidance is welcomed. Do you know any other reasons why seedlings would fire out in their first week and then suddenly halt for days on end?

Here are some pics.

I don’t see any major red flags probably watering.

They’re establishing roots. Don’t sweat it.

Mist the soil only right now.

Over watering, pre saturated soil + spraying when the soil is still wet/moist is guaranteed to bring on over watering, and tiny plant in huge pot makes it even easier to over water. Let her dry up before any more watering and stop getting her wet.
