She is the oldest at 6 weeks today. The dog ate the first one when it was a seedling cuz I was paying it too much attention…I believe she is starting to flower. I transplanted it to the ground last week. It was quite root bound.
These ladies are just over 3 weeks old. They were put in the ground a couple weeks ago and are growing fast. The runt was kind of deformed on the main stalk so I pinched it off and the secondary branches are now taking over.
Thanks @Ragnar! The last couple nights got dicey. Into the low 40’s. Made me a bit nervous but they seem to be ok. We should be back to normal from here on out.
And as I was writing this, my dog decided she needed a big stick and knocked over the little ones as she was trying to get it in the yard…I think she hates me. I hope they make it…
Many thanks @garrigan62! I saw an old post about gradually shifting over to bloom, maybe by you. Is that relevant in my case since I’m in the ground? I’m also experimenting with the LST method on one of the smaller ones. Good idea or no? It will be 4 weeks on Thursday.
Yes… I was the one who started telling people that because new growers were burning there plants up big time. and it works out perfectly and now i hear that all the time in so many posts
and as for LST sure but go slow with her cause you don’t want her to stress ok
Excellent! Regarding the LST, I bent her over some this afternoon, went back a couple hours later and the top had gone back to sticking straight up. So I bent her some more…
The 4 seedlings that popped on 4/20 and then got knocked over by the dog that hates me are not doing well. One died, two are hanging on, and one is ok…
