Looks like my plant ive got going. You mentioned Foxtails. I opened a post about fox tailling. Can you take a look at my latest grow journal that i just posted pics in to tell me if you think im “foxtailling”? My lights are out of room to raise and im a bit worried that might be happening. @BobbyDigital

I’m not seeing much of any foxtailing. They look awesome!

Approaching the 8-week mark since I switched to 12 and 12

Currently dealing with a possible nute lockout.

Was thinking about giving them another 2 weeks.

What do you think?

Was it you or @Arrow or @Hellraiser that found that “Hack” were the guy was using one of those pool toys, a “water blaster” to suck out the water from his drainage pots?

Check out what i came up with. Hand pumped fluid syphon. Works great!

@Arrow So its been 25 days since my first defoliation and pruning. Do you recommend that i do it again?
Its a couple days after the 42 mark. Since it first started showing flower, almost 60 days since flip.
The seed company says it flowers fast, and im thinking by the trichomes ill be harvesting in about a week or two. Is it worth doing or would it be just be putting non essential stress on the plant?

56-63 days

Runtz Muffin has a fairly fast flowering period, between 56-63 days of maturation, with a yield of up to 550-600g per m2. In outdoor cultivation, the marijuana harvest is ready in October.

Also, @Arrow would you take off those dark green/purple leaves aswell? I heard the dont take in light the same way as bright green leaves full of chloraphyll.

Also, can you tell me how the trichomes look in regards to full maturity?

You could go and remove the upper fan leaves. The ones on bottom aren’t going to hurt anything, and I wouldn’t mess with the sugar leaves.

I couldn’t get clear look at condition of buds, gets too blurry when I zoom.

If you scroll up theres a post with trichome pics from a few days ago?

I would only selectively remove some fan leaves from the top…but not much…plants entering their “fall” could display these sort of colours and people find it attractive… I would not disrupt those…they look very nice indeed…:sunglasses::v:

They are getting pretty close to where I typically harvest if buds are done swelling. Looked like a good portion of pics were sugar leaves though, I would be focused on condition of trichomes on buds.

Yeah shakey hands. Cant seem to get good bud pics. Do sugar leaves mature faster than bud?

I feel like the leaves are usually first to start ripening

They will show amber trichs first.
