morning RPG…yep finally winter may stay a few days this time…
@Retiredoldguy good morning my friend I hope you’re having a good day. Yes I’m enjoying this cooler weather and the plants in the budroom seem to like it better also.
The one in the coffee can is a monster. If I had topped it and vegg it longer it would have made a huge plant. I’m betting it’s a Kool aid breath, but won’t know for sure until I harvest and test
Mornin RPG looking good hope all is well…
@kw_Bat -8 here this am, deck boards are groaning and making noise.
I sure hope you rub off on me. Those plats are admirable. Much respect your way. Thankyou for the explanation above.
I have a question about kooliad breath. She sounds like she will be a good candidate for an outside grow this year. Will she get big? I would like to run for a 3lb plant this year. Outside. What about any of the others?
Am I hearing kooliad breath will get tall?
@Bentstick that is cold for a southern country boy. Wowsa. Truth is for me. I just love the seasons and what each bring to me. I like cold.
Little off tooic here.
Dude two tears ago it got so cold on me i had 3/4 inch thick ice on the walls on the inside of the house, It was -11° outside, i am not sure what inside . The only heat i had was a electric griddle. Hovered over the thing..
Great times for me. Wouldn’t trade them for nutin! Didnt sleep much.

Our cold is still coming, this is uasaly the preamble for next month, there wiil or most yrs 25-35 below is not out of the ?
@Bentstick. Wow. I realize i dont know what cold is. Gosh.
@kw_Bat I would think the KB would make a nice outside plant. But I’ve never grown outside so not for sure. But once she gets rooted good she tries to get awful big inside. @Bentstick good morning bro, all is well here today thank goodness. Hope you’re still doing well and healing good
Doing well RP, healing good Been back to work couple days a week not doing much but supervising crap which is not favorite, getting ready for my 2 monthly MRI’s and bloodwork
.
Hoping you are moving forward on your issues, and Rita is well.
Tent is moving along here albeit on the slow side 3 out of the 5 are out of seedling stage and putting on leaves.
Evening @RPgrower hope you and Mrs Rita are doing well. Them some major nugs going on in your flower room brother. Very nice.
@kw_Bat in fact I had to harvest these fat dense colas last night, saw signs of mold trying to start. I’ve learned to really keep an eye on the blackberry moon rock, which is the one I took 8 large colas from. The Kool aid breath is pretty dense to having to watch it close now too. Here’s the BM I harvested last night. I did leave some of the lower smaller buds, they looked okay.
Harvest congrats sir RPG hope not to much got affected ![]()

@Crazy81 good evening bro and thanks. No I’ve been keeping a close eye out for it and caught it before it got started. So that little bit of fussy stuff got removed but didn’t loose hardly anything
Good morning and happy Sunday my brother @RPgrower hope today is a great day for both you and Mrs Rita.
@RPgrower Goodmorning.
Bud rot. I have been lucky this run. I have only seen mold twice. These incidents were this week ugg.
I am also watching very close. The flower tent is getting on the later end of being done. The buds are bjg. There are so many places for mold to hide. But, Im good so far.
Thanks for the tip on moonrock. Ill keep an eye out.
Right now i have risk of all my containers being to close to each other. No airflow between the containers due to a crowded tent. If I let this go much longer this will turn into a mold problem.
I’m not sure if you can see on the walls of my tent the condensation. It is 6°out and hot in the tent.. its a rain maker..
When grow i calculate a 25% loss of srink during. I accomplish this by planting a extra plant or two. It seems that I always have some.kind of srink. It is definitely trying to rob my harvest.
Good to see ya around . Enjoy your day growing. May the stars align for you.
@DanB good evening my friend. I hope things are going well for you. We are doing pretty good today. Guess I’m going to be checking the green gelatos again tonight, hoping it’s where I want it. Need to put the monkey slaps in ASAP, she’s getting huge. @kw_Bat good evening bro, sorry to hear you have such a moisture problem. But yeah if the humidity is high you’ve got to keep a very close eye on the blackberry moon rock. But if it makes it to maturity, it’s well worth it. ![]()

I still have some more BM to harvest, going to leave this for a while yet. Smaller stuff and it’s colder now so less humidity. Here’s whats left.
. The one’s in the front center and left are next.
Those are some nice lookin buds. Beautiful plants.
Well done!
I been out here keepin a eye on them today.
This blackberry Moonrock x Gorilla Cooke is just a glowing today. They were all happy about their heat. They were telling me all about it.
We been researching Kool-Aid Breath. Looking forward to testing her out as I haven’t had a berry taste before. There’s a mystery of her lineage thats interesting. I’ve enjoyed working with them so far. They are all doing fine. They all just got an haircut. A little naked so i want embarrass them.
@Smoke_bz well thank you my friend, I hope to start harvesting a couple soon. Like probably one and maybe part of another one. Thanks for dropping by. ![]()
