Best way to go is to email customer service through seed shop. There may have been link included with your order or shipping confirmation too.
Tyvm. I will try that. I put five more in water monday and today i put them in pots. Just had some dud seeds

I have been in touch with Sarah ,who said to try leaving the seeds longer ,did that with the last four on Monday ,it’s Saturday and one is barely showing the start of a tail. Do you want the four seeds back …had ten and only one germinated as it should but sadly it died …my order 3 is 10200502…replacement seeds would be greatly appreciated …bummed ,but have faith in ILGM will make me a happy camper …thanks
