Yea I have been ripped off a couple times now from different places so I started buying from my local organic store, he sells seeds from 4 different companies and has all of them on site. I bought some recently from them and they from a county in California, turned out really good but I do like seeds from Amsterdam, this was the first time I bought seeds at ILGM, just my luck some idiot steps all over them
@Mark0427 I did see they were on sale recently at the unbelievably cheap price of like $140 or something close to that. That version has to have a cheaper driver. I paid about $240 for mine

I agree that this damage seems more in line with that of a mail sorter or being ran over by forklift. Either way, sounds like Stacy and team will get you taken care of. Let us know if you need any help with this moving forward.

I had a situation with a 20 seed bundle back in sept-october of last year that had a poor germination rate. Out of 20 only 7 sprouted and 3 of those had poor genetics–weird grow kinda spindly & poor. I contacted ILGM and had 3 back & forth emails with a CS rep and was then ghosted. No more replies and no replacement seeds. Was that rep terminated and no one took over her open cases? I have to wonder

Looks like it was dropped at a “work station” and was stepped on multiple times by a “tread safe” “shoes for crews” type on footwear.
Im guessing it spent some time on the floor before it was noticed and was stepped on alot by the same person or multiple people all wearing the same tread safe shoes, many warehouses require employees to wear this type of shoe…

@MyHd tlThey are in The Netherlands so give them time. They are good about taking care of the customers. Just be nice and polite. This makes a huge difference when dealing with CS.
And the USPS has really dropped the ball since Covid. I am a serious collector of Ancient Roman, Ancient Greece and Mycenaean Pottery. Someone at the USPS and or DHL sat my box in water. It caused mold to form and the box was still wet. The photos is on my other phone which does not have service now so I can’t post it.
They crushed a Mycenaean cup from 1500 BC and neither Carriers would make it right as they always do that. Definitely have seen them go down hill.
Especially in Chicago. I just had a seed order from Attitude Seedbank was stolen. I paid for guarantee shipping iron clad. I had to literally wait 4 weeks before they would resend them. They did and this set my whole year of growing behind big time. Once shipped I had them in 4 days. Which rocked.

I am waiting to hear back from ILGM. I really don’t like that you can only email and hope for a reply. So far, since I emailed support I HAVE received two automated emails offering to sell me seeds - but, no one addressing the issue of the $387 worth of seeds I purchased that only 4 germinated and they laid down within a week.
So far, Very unsatisfied first-time customer.
I have now ordered seeds from another company in hopes of salvaging my season.
I still have a little hope that these folks might make things right, by way of refund or replacement with $387 worth of seeds AND the free seeds I earned with the order, which did not even germinate.
