I recently had to reinstall my OS and lost everything including my copy of the grow book advertised here, I tried to redownload it but if never worked, what can I do?

@FrostyBuds a faster internet connection might help. Otherwise i downloaded it just fine.
Iām looking for the grow book not the harvest guide.
Internet connection is fine at 12mbps.
