Rapid pH fluctuation issue

Only time I ever had bad fluctuation like that was when a water pump filter was plugged and slowed water flow to a trickle.
Lol this is an old ass thread.

This may sound stupid but I was wondering how yow got that read out / info ? is there a digital meter you use to get those readouts ? thank you in advance

Hi there! I am new to Hydroponics and I started with a vertical tower. I am going through an issue with the Ph and TDS of the reservoir. I set the Ph of the R/O water with TDS of 40 to 44 ppm to 6. Then I am adding the NPK required to get the TDS between 150 to 200 ppm, as my plants (Basil) are on stage 1. Then I set again the Ph to 5.5 if required by adding some water and Ph down (Phosphoric acid). But then the Ph of the reservoir goes up to 7 to 7.5 within 3 to 4 hours with a slight increase in the TDS as well.
Can anyone please help ?

Add nutes first then PH. it will be EZ then
