No but if you get to much rain and really humid days there’s a risk of mold, the dense buds hold the moisture

let me explain, I noticed that after the rain of the trichomes only the stem of the “mushroom” remains, the “head” is gone …

No water doesn’t dissolve the trichomes, matter of fact I recommend washing any weed grown outdoors there’s so much crap (literally) in your buds plus if there is any mold spores washing neutralizes and cleans it off. It will change the taste and smooth the smoke

if you’re growing your crop outdoors, you should read up on washing your cut stems. The process will remove all unwanted organic material that nature left behind. It will also confirm that the trichomes are oil based and rain water or the combination of disinfecting agents use in washing will have any effect on them. It’s a three bucket system and that first bucket tells the tale of what’s been lurking in your plants. Stuff you really don’t want to inhale. Been doing it for years without any negative ramifications.

I to am about two weeks to finish.I checked em today and found the dreaded bud rot starting on one bud.with 3 days of rain and high humidity I made the call on two of the four.better to have some than none.the two remaining were looking unfazed but I will keep a VERY close eye on them.it’s always the same issues with weather in the southeast year after year.next year going to give autos a go.

I collected some rain water and it was brown. So I stopped collecting it and I don’t mean run off from the roof. Out in the middle of the yard.

sometimes it happens here too, the rain is full of impalpable sand from the north african desert even if it is 1500 kilometers away … but fortunately it is not pollution

Rain water is one of the main sources for the botrytis spores which are air driven. I guess as the rain falls the spores can be collected in the drops themselves. Last year I watered my plants with rain water and bud rot on one of the buds led to an early harvest for myself as well. My plants are in 4 gallon pots and every time there was a threat of rain, I lugged them into the garage for protection. I have a just about adequate light and fan system in there in case precipitation was to last more than a day.

Regarding the washing technique, my second bucket has a quarter cup of hydrogen peroxide H2O2 in it as an additional antiseptic.
After washing your product even looks cleaner.
On several sites it states that after washing, the first day in the drying room should have a RH of 50% or less. I guess to get rid of the excess water as quickly as possible. Read around.
