This morning I had a power outage that lasted about an hour. My question is what kind of effect dos this have on the plants in a grow tent?
How long of no power becomes a major concern?
What things do you grow buds do in these situations?

You are probably fine. That being said, keep a close eye out for it going hermie. It’s not likely as long as light changes are not for long, but technically this falls into the unnecessary stress category so it’s possible this could trigger a hermaphroditism in plant
This likelihood will increase with amount of time that light schedule is altered
