Pot Size and # of plants for a 3' x 3.5' Grow room?

I have an adjustable 250W, 400W, 600 Watt MH HPS Light with pulleys.
The room is 7’ high, 3.5’ wide and 3’ deep.

What is the recommended number of plants?

What size in Gallons should the containers be?

Will 6 White Widow plants fit when flowering?

Thank you

Welcome to the community brother, @thePhantomGrower.
You need at least 2sf/plant and 50 watts per sf
I would say 4 would be the max. If they get crowed then that will decrease your overall yeild
I personally wouldn’t go with anything smaller than a 5 gallon pot for photo period plants. Depends on how long you are going to veg them for. Plant size is dependent on pot size.

Agree brother ! 525 watts required for that tent. (3x3.5 x 50 = 525 watts).

I just harvested a Strawberry Kush that I grew in a 3 gal fabric pot. Loved the pot and it was basically root bound but continued to produce great weed. 5 gal is the right pot. Love those fabric pots.

Id go with 3 in 5 gallon pots …smart pots if you can they they dont really get fully root bound because they made to air prune the roots i use and love them now here is something to think about you can do 5 plants in 3 gallons pots short veg then on to 12/12 ive done the short veg got 3oz. Per plant so you could go that rout with some training and a scrog of two plants you would do really good

One thing you didnt mention was proper ventilation for that space that lighting puts off alot of heat my first tent was 3x3x6 with 400watt hps temps ran at 85f with no fans removing hot air and pushing cool up into tent

I am using a 6" Dia. 250 CFM exhaust fan.
I think I will need an Intake fan when I switch to 600 W.

I would do no more than 2. here is a pic of my 3x3 tent with 3 plants on day 42 and they are pushing the sides out. I have a 600 watt cool hood. watch out for humidity. i had to push fresh air across the hood (6" blower), out the tent then i funneled it around and pushed the warm (not hot) air back into the tent and have a vent open in the top. now it runs 75 degrees and humidity is not a problem. next grow will be one plant scrogged

Wow! Those pics are encouraging
Humidity is never a problem in LA but heat is.
