Well, like a lot of new growers I over watered my seedlings. After noticing the yellowing leaves, brown spots, and drooping I went a few days without watering to let the soil dry out but they’re still looking a little rough. Just looking for any general advice on what the best way to nurse them back would be from here on out. Also, maybe another set of eyes on them to see if there are any other problems than just over watering.
Details: Indoor grow, FFOF soil, two 100W LEDs about 20” above seedlings, no nutes yet, just distilled water. Room is ~75 degrees with 60-65% humidity. Let me know if I’m missing anything else that might help. Thanks everyone!!
Edit to add: They are Photos, two weeks from sprouting.

For the ones in fabric pots, you could have a fan blowing on the pots to help dry out the soil. Make sure the seedlings aren’t getting blasted by the fan though. For the one in the solo cup, you can poke a bunch of holes in the sides to help dry it out faster.
They don’t look too bad. I think just be patient and let them recover as the soil dries up.

If you didn’t cut the bottom out of those peat pots, you may have a little root trouble later on. While they’re small, I recommend removing them if possible.

I did not cut out the bottoms, I was worried about that too. Being my first grow I wanted to experiment a little (and found the solo cup to be the best so far) and the peat cups have just caused problems. I thought about trying to take the cup out of the one gallon pot and trying to get the seedlings out out of the peat cup, but I’m worried I might break some roots if I try to get the seedling out.

You can gently squeeze the pot to loosen up the soil a little. Or you can take an exacto knife or scissors and cut down the edges to remove it. It’s small enough, you should be ok.

Awesome, thank you for the advice and the confidence. I will attempt to pull them out of the peat cup and just put them directly into the fabric pot. I think those have caused some of the over watering issue too.
Would it help to try to remove them after watering or after it dries out a bit?
