Greetings. First time indoor and serious grow I would say. I have four girls under 6 cfl bulbs. I need help identifying what I’m lacking, if it has to do with nutrients or watering… idk but I need help. ! Without a support ticket, it’s hard to diagnose, but to my eyes, that looks like pH fluctuations.

Strain: 1 Sweet Island Skunk, 1Ak47, 1 sour diesel, 1 unknown.
Soil in pots, Hydroponic, or Coco?: Soil in pots.
System type? CFL
PH of runoff or solution in reservoir?: Feeding distilled water.
What is strength of nutrient mix? EC, or TDS Honestly I don’t know that much about nutrients. I put two sticks of jobes fertilizer spikes in each pot.
Indoor
Light system, size? 6 CFL lights
Temps; Day 85, Night 75-80
Humidity; Day, Night: NA
Ventilation system; Yes: 2 fans
AC, Humidifier, De-humidifier, NA
Co2; No

Okay, I think you’ve got a couple of problems here. First, you really should try to know your Ph. You should get yourself a Ph meter so you can read the Ph of your runoff water. Ph is probably the most important thing to know about your plants.
Second, those Jobes fertilizer spikes are not good! They create little hot spots in the soil where they’re placed while the rest of the soil gets nothing. If you can take them out of the soil, you should. Then replace with some good nutrients preferably something made for cannabis plants.
Third, the CFLs you’re using will be okay for now, but once the plant starts to flower it might not be enough light. You should look into getting a proper LED, or MH system.
Right now, I think you have a Ph problem. It should be between 6.3 and 6.8. Here is a decent Ph and EC meter combo:

Any suggestions as far as nutrients. And thank you I will definitely get me one of these pH tesers today and make sure the water is properly balanced.

I would strongly advese you remove those Jobe’s spikes if you want them to grow up! That will kill them.
What soil are you using exactly? What kind of CFL? Distilled water is fine for now but you should really think about investing in a TDS and PH meter. NOT a soil type meter.
Your plants don’t look bad at all. You may be in early stages of N toxicity though, depending on the soil and those fertilizer spikes.
FYI; most growers shy well away from strong chemical fertilizers and soils that have been amended with fertilizer like Miracle Gro. This is because the chemicals will impart a harsh smoke when all is done. If you are going to make brownies or something it’s probably fine but you can definitely tell the difference. I want my weed to taste like Unicorn farts haha!

Personally, I use Foxfarm nutrients, and I love them. I can highly recommend them.

i use foxfarm ocean forrest, $18 for 1.5 cubic feet. get it local if you can it is less money

Alright so I removed all the spikes I could with extreme precaution to avoid damaing the roots. I do not quite remember the brand of soil I used, I can say it was not miracle grow or anything that is already prepared for months of feeding to the plant. I will get that pH tester and check the pH level of the water I am using. What is the desired level i need gentlemen?

Lady, actually. Lol. You want your Ph to be between 6.3 and 6.8. 6.5 is perfect. I’m glad you got those spikes out, excellent. You can buy Foxfarm nutrients on Amazon, and depending on your budget i suggest you get Grow Big, Big Bloom, and Tiger Bloom. Then just follow their feeding schedule online.
