give her some time mine was smaller for like a month and a half then she popped and grew huge

It looks a little overwatered? What is your feeding schedule? PH could bump up to 6.0
Seedlings and plants grow slower if the temperature is too cold or too hot (usually too cold), or if there isn’t enough light or nutrients.
There appears to be plenty of light due to the small gaps between the leaf nodes. When the plant isn’t getting enough light, it usually stretches and you have big gaps between leaf nodes (where the leaves come out of the stem).
If the temperatures is good then increase fertilizer. Your temp of 71F is a bit low and they do better at 78-82F. A temp of 71F is fine for flowering but increase it for seedlings and general growing.
The pH is too low. You want it around 6.5.
A 50/50 mix of coconut coir and perlite isn’t a good mix for holding moisture or nutrients. It will hold some but a 70/30 mix is better. Next time use 70% coconut coir and 30% perlite. Measure them with a container not by weight. Just use a plastic pot or container and get 7 scoops of coconut coir and 3 of perlite.
The latest picture shows a sick little plant that appears to be lacking nutrients and water.
How often are you watering and fertilizing?
I would mix up some liquid fertilizer and give it a good drink. Water the entire pot (including the plant) so the liquid runs out the bottom. Then put it back under the light and see how it goes.
Plants should be watered when the potting mix is drying but not completely dry. If you stick your finger in the top inch of soil and it’s dry, water the plant. If it’s damp then it doesn’t need a drink.
Are you hand feeding or are you using the auto pot reservoir?
Pots were turned on at around 2weeks.
I use auto pots and a general rule is start the plants on reservoir when leaves are at edge of pot. Yours have been growing a while, maybe the roots are far enough down to be getting nutrients. I grow in coco and top feed each day for about 3 weeks until the plants are big enough that the roots are in the lower part of the pot. I then turn on the reservoir.
I have 2 tents and will try your method in the one that’s pots are not turned on yet. I like to learn and experiment more than smoking the stuff. In my older years I seem to have lost the enjoyment of being high. It just gets me down in my thoughts.

It seems like it is green and healthy. Maybe the tap root went to the bottom in search of water and the roots above are developing and it is ready to take off 
.
I am just about 65 and love smoking my home grown. I started growing about 3 years ago.
This is about when I turn on my auto pots.

Mine is stunted.
this damn hydroponic plant is growing at a amazing rate I have to cut off almost 40 fan leaves every 10 days and add half a gallon of water every 3 days this she’s a hungry whore
