As I stated above. If you set your light photo period back to proper timing; You will be OK.Especially if they were in the Dark.
If you are trying to get them to start flowering, a little extra darkness won’t hurt. In fact some people do give 24 hours of darkness the first night before switching to 12/12. They believe the extra darkness helps get the flowering hormones extra stimulated. The plant does start to change to the flowering hormones by the fact that the nights start getting longer and so many believe anything longer than 12 hours could potentially be good for speeding up the flowering period. Interrupting the 12 hour dark period during flowering is the one the one to avoid. Interrupting the day period is usually of little concern unless it is during veg and it is done enough times that it might get those flowering hormones to start picking up and getting the flowering started when you don’t want it, but like I said this has to be a ongoing problem to create enough darkness to get these flowering hormones to build up enough to cause a problem.
Thank you for everything. I was just worried with it getting cold to boot. I can now refocus on other things.
Thank you again gentlemen.

Yea thanks Stoner, the only reason I am putting it into flowering is first because I can’t take not knowing if it’s a he or she, and I really don’t want to waste all this time on a he plant. Secondly it’s getting too tall for my liking, I’ve been reading LST and pruning/cropping techniques to keep the plant size down which I will do on my next time around, but since this is a closet grow and it’s not in my closet I can’t have an 6ft plant doing its thing in there, and right now I think its about 2 1/2 maybe 3 so if I flower it now hopefully it wont get too big by the time it’s harvestable, if that comes. I don’t expect much out of it but this was a great trainer/learning experience.
Just wanted to say thanks for helping me out guys, and update you guys just for what not.
Still seems to have some issues, but on every branch it appears bud is forming. I’ve been keeping it pruned and will likely add some more stakes to help support the branches, I got a legit fan for it that pushes more than enough air now so hopefully that might help beef it up, I may not have another plant for a while due to my living situation but I’m trying to salvage this plant, I don’t really smoke weed but I think it will be cool smoking my own bud raised from seeds.
Unfortunately I left for about two weeks, and during that time my brother killed 5/6 of my clones that were just starting to root! I am pretty pissed about that but what can you do. I tried to take a few more clones off of some lower growth but I don’t know if they will take or not. Sad times. Won’t make that mistake again, even though we’re more or less 50/50 partners he’s not nearly as dedicated to it as I am, even though this was more of an experiment for me.
Anyway, I just wanted to say thanks for everything. I am hoping this year will bring better life and better financial status for me so I can order a bunch of different varieties of seeds and the mary jane booster.
Happy new year!
So I am back. Just with a quick question, I’m in week 4 of flowering I think, I did some (got a little crazy) trimming on it and pretty much ended up removing most of the big fan leaves, I didn’t cut them at the stem but rather at where the leaf begins as you can kind of see in the last photo I posted. Well recently I noticed these leaves are pretty much going limp and falling off, like even if I accidently brush or shake the plant they will come off. And the ones still attached are really droopy like they’re ready to fall as well. Is this normal?
Other than that everything seems to be going well as far as I can tell. (Probably still has some nute or PH problems) Though, I also was wondering if someone could tell me if my plant looks healthy and how the bud production looks for being 4 weeks into flowering. They don’t seem very big right now but I think I am about 50% way there. I think I can see “frost” appearing on them already though which makes me wonder if they should be bigger or denser.
Thanks.
