No, I don’t think they’re done. You need to look at the trichomes to judge readiness. 
However if you are color blind you may have your son look at the tricomes you are looking for cloudy and amber color
I agree with you both, I dug into researching pics, while I perceive colors different I can match up and seem where in comparison to other white widow I’d say I’m still 10-14 days out from harvest.

Lucky you. Your Lady is more than two weeks from harvest. I see less than 10% orange pistols.
Betcha you have more like 3+ weeks of growing time and a week or two of flushing time.
Post more pics when you are ready to check again. Your son might have inherited some color blindness. OR/AND…he is ready to start smoking…lol.
