On my birthday cake strain I’m about 4 weeks into the flowering and am starting to see yellow spots on my leaves. Any thoughts?
Also a first time grower… how do my buds look?

Hard to tell, do any of the bigger/older spots have like a tiny dark spot in the middle? A pixel pupil if you will? Sometimes that can be hard to see. It reminds me of Septoria, a fungal thing that usually some neem oil or a few other antifungals can prevent/fix, but you really don’twant to be spraying your plant with egg farts too close to harvest.
Calcium deficiency can start similar, so if it’s heavier at the bottom of your plants during bloom maybe it’s just a weird way of it sucking up it’s nutrients?
Use this to compare symptoms of the two and to any adjacent plant symptoms:
Neem oil shouldn’t be used during flowering. A dilute peroxide/water mix will eliminate mold.
