Ordering problems

not quite, the purpose of bringing this to attention was the fact that someone within their group not only got my orginal order wrong but then when i was told id get the big bags which i needed i was sent small ones twice. i know it seems like a small thing
but i dont really have the money for mistakes my plan was to get 25 seeds and the fertilizer for 25 plants. the reason i did this because i do believe in mr. bergman and i believed that his fertilizer though expensive would help me get the results i needed.
now i have to experiment again because i do not have enough fertilizer for all 25 plants, im only growing 14 the first batch but still wouldnt have enough for all of those so i have to use another brand to do all of them. i will let everyone know how it all
turns out because i have picked 5 plants to use the bergman fertilizer on. i think what was missed here is that i never ordered the extra 20 seeds i received and after hearing this does anyone believe that i would just get enough fert for 5 plants but i would
order 45 seeds to use the small bags on. oh and by the way the extra 5 seeds were bergman gold leaf which is the same as the 20 seeds they sent me as the grow kit, instead of sending large bags to do the 25 seeds i orginally ordered it just doesnt make sense
to me to do it the other way.

Still trying to figure out why my cc was charged twice for $129. I’ve emailed them and Payofix and gotten no response. This is not good.

Who do I contact about my cc being charged twice for a single order? I don’t know what happened but said it didn’t go through the first time but it went through on the card then ran it again. Just don’t know who to email to get some sort of a response. Frustrating to say the least.

Yeah I know just sucks.

I was getting a notification that my CC was charged twice too, but it was only charged once. Not sure if you are looking at your actual statement or you are just getting notifications.

Anyways, rest assured they will make it right. ILGM customer service bends over backwards to handle their customers, you will be fine.
