You got it!
February 18th- good feeding tonight, they are blowing through some water, wow! Already got to mix more tomorrow, amongst the other projects today, I didn’t get a chance to drop the 2nd trellis today, well maybe tomorrow lol
Bonus:!! {OII} well, it’s colonizing for sure, R humidity around 85% temps round 82 F day 5-
February 19th- “WHAT THE TUCK!!!” So got the trellis in no issues.
I’ll tag along if you let me know when you start one. I also run a perpetual sh!t show. Not as easy to go back and find things… but I’m also not juggling multiple journals
February 20th- A big watering tonight, little more bending and tucking, a feeling it might have to slash the 10 big fan leafs.
And some mains flowers of each
The(y) {OII} seem to be growing what’s called pinheads, and are coming the to top substrate
Very cool. Mushies are something I want to grow at some point
Same here.
Also same here.
Amen. I can find stuff if I want to find it bad enough.
Note to self: that plant hanging to dry right now is Duck Cake.
February 21st- Not sure if I should be alarmed about this, think it’s a fiber hopefully
also one of the flowers on the rear right PAX’s seems to not be doing well? Not sure if I should snip it off, second dative noticed it.
Otherwise I’m not feeding them tonight, and they’re doing good.
Im not sure what that is. Got a microscope 9r jewlers loop to take a good look at it?
Can you point out specifically what flower your seeing?
I ended up cutting it off, no signs of improvement, don’t wanna risk it.
February 22nd- today I tackled some of the monster fan leafs, also cut off all the very small what would be popcorns at the very lower canopy with a moderate watering.
February 23rd- well this grow is showing great potential with its flowers, not that I’m an expert, this time around I’ve managed to keep everything around the same height, they auxiliary colas are looking good, thirds are peeking up through, (tonight I used a regular LED for pictures)
Did some more tucking, a little trimming, found a few pointless fan leafs down below.
{OII} update: things seem almost right for fruiting?
Very nice work. Looks like a well set table with a pretty centerpiece
February 24th- always surprised when I get home from work, the girls downstairs seem to be fattening up top, my young lady upstairs (ATF) grew an 1 1/4” overnight, awesome!!
Some cola porn- honestly there is a lot of aux colas that look the same.
And baby picture of the ATF from operation:AREOLACOLA
February 25th- early update, I’m going out of town tonight, hate leaving them for a long time… but I’m sure they’ll be fine. And probably look even better tomorrow afternoon when I get home.
Also {OII} update: (sorry for the humid covering)
February 26th- Nice coming home and seeing they’re ok, so tonight I gave them a good feeding. Snipped and tucked a little, knock on wood, so far no nutrients burns, nice to see the fan leaf’s getting smaller and more mature ones, seems to be new flowers popping up on all the different colas.
Question- my last few grows, I’ve switched the lights to full on IR, and then towards the end of flower turned on the veg. Lights also, the white light and the UV’s (which I’ve done so far through this grow except veg.) so is there any advantage to just leaving on the IR’s during flowering?
I got nothing on that. Sorry.
I haven’t added application to my lighting, sorry, I’m no help either
Here’s a little light science in a nutshell
When you combine the traditional red and blue light with infrared light, photosynthesis becomes faster due to the Emerson effect. This also holds for the effect seen when combining UV light and LED grow lights.
In essence, it should hasten growth/ripening. Not sure by how much, but “faster.”
