Best way to fix that just let it dry out and then water less?
How much have you been watering? That seems like logical explanation.
Definitely too much. Watered it almost 3 days in a row

Let them dry out before watering again, then when they’re ready for water do a ring around plant and repeat. It’s kinda difficult to tell how big they are in picture, but they shouldn’t need a lot.
