Anytime you have stressors, it can affect yield. With your VDP being way off, I think you need to get humidity down or the heat down. Dehumidifiers work but beware, the motors in them can cause heat to rise. I use a window a/c unit setting outside the tent and rigged to blow into the tent through one of the side screen/windows.
You can add some fans, but don’t let them blow directly on the plant… point up to the top and let it circulate around. The leaves should wiggle gently.
Check out the chart posted above.
Your humidity is way too high for your temps.
If you’re running a humidifier turn it off and just see where it goes.
Outside environment affects inside whether we are talking outside house to inside house or inside house to inside tent…all are relative to each other and affect each other.
Next time don’t water until the leaves start to droop and pot is light. Cant always go by moisture meters. Get a feel for when pot is light by lifting on one edge and rocking it back if you don’t want to lift entire pot.
When humidity is that high it takes them longer to use water in the soil.
Good afternoon. We live on the Oregon Coast, so our humidity is always high no matter what I try to do, its always high in the house. I have just put a medium size oscillating fan next to the plants, maybe this will help with the humidity.
If you have high humidity and you can’t control the humidity make sure you have constant fresh air moving around. Mold and such comes from a stagnant air not just humid. My first grow was like 60%+ rh at all times. Either a dehumidifier in the room/area or keep that air moving.
I live in the same area and have the same humidity problem. Last grow was in a grow tent. Had a small dehumidifier from my closet grow but had to buy a bigger dehumidifier for the lung room with the tent in it. Worked very well it got down to 50% humidity inside the tent.
As for your heat issue not sure how to help
Good luck
The one on the left is the better one for bigger rooms. Both from Amazon
@scotts66charger I’m no expert by any stretch but I see a possible problem with a fan blowing directly on your girl. I’ve done this in the past with the same issue your having.Try Mother fan where it’s not blowing direct on your grow.
I have actually sat and studied my 4x4 grow tent and where I would put the fans and what sizes I needed. I still don’t have it perfect.
I still don’t have this forum style down sorry about double reply.
