:backhand_index_pointing_up:this! Deadbug sprayed to drench, especially bottom of leaves, soak them. Every three days for two weeks will break the cycle. Outdoors is bad for pests, everything loves weed. And as @Budbrother said, check that PH, I see more than one issue.
