I hope were in the clear brothers. I saw in an article last night they have 9 months to make adjustments after its passed and it seems some politicians are not too happy with the home grow aspect.

So it looks like H.B. 354 keeps the 6 plants per house and up to 12. H.B. 86 caps it at 6, limits thc tor plants to 35, and extracts are capped at 50. Then with 86, townships, villages, and cities can prohibit dispensaries in their area. They appear to be meeting again today. Thats all i saw so far

Yay! We did it y’all! Cheers! Maybe if we’re all really, really good for the next few weeks they’ll leave the home grow part alone! Crazy. I didn’t think I’d see legalization in my lifetime.

It’s about time. Just hope they don’t change it too much, especially grow at home. I can deal with six plants
