Nutrient deficiency last week of veg

Hey, I’ve been struggling to find out what is wrong with my girls lately. They have started to thin at the leaves and just don’t look to be as healthy as they were. I know it’s a deficiency of some sort and I’m hoping the experts will chime in. I’m fairly certain it’s not a cal mag issue because my tap water has plenty of both as does my grow big nutes. I feel like it’s a magnese or zinc issue but it could very well be not enough NPK. I really don’t want to start adding unnecessary nutes into the mix. Hopefully someone has a better idea then me !

4x4 tent with 2x240w quantum boards (lm301h)

Soil: Fox farm ocean forest

Ph: steady at 6.6

Runoff ppm: 700-1000 tds

Temp: 78f

Humidity: 60%

Pot: 15 gal smart pots

Strains: gorilla breath and ogkz from humboldt seeds

You’re going to need to supplement some magnesium. Either cal mag or epsom salt. Fox farms does not have enough in them. Especially if you’re under qb’s and also if you’re not incorporating big bloom (fox farms micro nutrients).

I just bought some green planet cal mag and checked both the guaranteed analysis info on the back and it seems grow big actually has more magnesium at 0.6, green planet cal mag is 0.5. I believe it is a MN (magnese) issue not MG (magnesium). Never the less I will try the cal mag and update how that goes.

But you’re not replacing the grow big with cal mag. You’re adding additional magnesium. Now your solution had 1.1

When I was running fox farms, some plants were needing a tablespoon a week of Epsom salts just to keep up with their magnesium demands.

This will be my last run using any fox farm products.

I did well with them but just tired of the flush schedule and having to mix a bunch of different things.

What are you using now? I just feel their entire line is over priced and over hyped.

I’m using jacks 321. It’s just part A, part B and epsom salt. Same exact amount from seedling through harvest.
