Did you add the 444 when you transplanted to the fresh HF? This medium alone will feed the plant with water only for 4 weeks or more depending on the plants age and appetite

Your problem is u top dressed too early. Gaia green is top dressed. U need to wait until your nutrients deplete in soil. I would wait 2 weeks b4 adding nutes to happy frog. When using, the 3 tbsp per gallon, this is only when soil is plain and fresh as a transplant with no nutrients. As a top dress it is used at 1 tbsp per gallon. I do not find it enough in the mature stages, but add as needed. Gaia green is a good organic amendment.

My PPM just arrived and I’m about to check the numbers of the runoff… if its extremelyy high what would be a good next step?

So I should onlyy use HF nd then topdress with GG

Let’s wait and see what your runoff numbers are. I am certain that folks will be quick to reply when you have some data to work with. 
With orgsnics you do not want runoff. Your only wasting your nutrients. I never check runoff with organic, only with synthetics. I suppose you could if you want to know how close you are to feeding again.

2 tbsp per gallon is where im finding u want to be. Im actually doing a run with a journal on here. Gets no traffic lol. But ive had to bump it up as i go. Just remember to not top dress a fresh nutrient packed soil.
