I was checking my plants out yesterday and decided to go with my gut and top them again. It looked to me that the growth had stalled on the new tops. Not sure what the outcome will be but for now the growth has taken off.

so you push air through the coco -soil interesting.

Yes they add air to the coco and it bubbles the water up and splashes the roots. I only got to run them for a little while last grow because they filled up with roots.

To be honest I’m not sure. I used them last grow and the roots seem to grow towards them. I plan to use them again this grow. The theory makes sense to me. Others do not use them and think they are not worth it. Just like many things what works for some doesn’t work for all.

Single digits here also. It ended up being a fairly big storm for us. Schools are closed for the day because all the roads are not passable and the schools couldn’t clear everything.

It looks like it’s been a few days since I updated anything. Four have been topped and are growing well. The gdp will get topped tomorrow and the blue dream is under a dome. The SLH and blueberry got hooked up to the auto pots tonight. Full strength jacks, silica and cal mag for those two. Everything else just jacks for now.

They are looking good. The top one looks like it may need a little more nitorgen there. It is the part B Aslo, made you go with the cal mag as to the epsom salt?

I was noticing a little yellowing and lighter color on the leaves. I’ll bump it up a little. Going with both calmag and epsom. I seem to show signs of cal deficiency when I don’t use both.
