I love going thru these older postsā¦as a beginner i had alllllllllll these same questions. Now looking back, i wish i would have been told 2 things and 2 things only.
- The more you screw with a plant, the more the plant screws with you.
- All things equal (got your medium, your food, water, light, fans, humidifier, dehuey)ā¦dial in VPD and DLI, she will grow.

Iām very new too, I have 5 plants in 5x5 tent grown in coco-loco with bio buzz nutrients, my tap water is 8.1 ph, with the nutrients ph is 7.3 and any runoff through the soil in my pans is 6.3. Iām unsure if testing should be prior to whatās going in but all of my plants are healthy with no visible deficiency as of yet. I did get some purple stem only on the fan leaves but I believe thatās from cooler temps in the lung room. Oh yeah Iām growing 3 clones(lilac diesel, lemon twist, moon potion) and 2 autoflower lemon haze and og kush. Maybe some clarity if any available? I guess Iām a year late for this discussion.
Plants look great. I wouldnt worry. The purple stems to your fan leaves will more than likely be from genetics. If youre getting streaks of purple on your main branchesā¦common, if theyre bad ALOT of purple, you can up your P levels. But, not all at once. Slowly over the course of a few feedingsā¦if the plsnt looks good though, leave it alone.
Less is more, the more you screw with it, the more itll screw with you. 
. If she looks good, just leave it. Especially autos.

No probā¦ask 10 people same question, youll get 10 different answers. But your ph is good coming out, cannabis likes a a more acidic medium. Low ph always better than high, once your runoff gets alkaline, approaching or exceeding 7, thats when youll really see deficiency.
Oh yeah, and your growing in coco loco, definitely low 6ās and youre golden.
Do you feed with well water, city water, ro?

I am currently feeding with city water that sets out for a couple days before using. So should the runoff come out as the same going in? If it doesnāt possible flush with phād water?
Ohhhhhā¦yeah, city water, let it sit out, 24hrs. Also you shoukd make sure they dont use āā¦ā in the water. I cant remember what its called, but youll have to boil it to get rid of itā¦water treatment plants use it. Looks like yours is good though. Damn, cant remember what that chemical is called.
Nope, nooooo flushing. Yoyre good. If youre around 5.8-6.5 on your runoff you are PERFECT

Im not a fan of flushing anyhow, if my ph is outta range, i just give it higher or lower ph feed water for a week until ph falls back in range.
