Hi fellow grow friends, this is currently day 66 from switching lights to 12/12. We have some LCG, Cereal Milk, Runtz, fem seeds from Equilibrium Genetics. The harvest time on the box says 8 weeks (56 days) but it is currently day 66 so I wanted to get some opinions from yall out there. Is she ready to be cut?

Appreciate it my friend. First grow using living soil made this a smooth process. I was told to look for a 10% amber color in the buds for a more couchlock feeling vs milky trics for a more sativia feeling effect. I do not want to chop too early and lose any of the couch lock effects from the CBN

You can harvest the plant in stages. No law says you have to harvest it all at once.
Then you can leave some to age as long as you wish.
I never had a plant that suffered from a selective harvest.

If you dont have a lot of amber trichs, you can decarb some of the smaller buds long enough to convert the THC to CBN. I think it’s like 230F fora couple hours. That way you can get the couchlock if you don’t have to extra space for waiting it out a few weeks.

For me 10% amber is not enough for couch lock. 20 to 30% maybe. Usually when there’s 10% amber there’s usually at least 10% clear hanging around still. If you’re going for minor couch lock you want to have very little to no clear trichomes. This all varies from plant to plant and strain to strain but not by much. That being said she looks like shes ready. Need to see some trichome pictures to be sure. Very nice looking plants
