Looks nice and healthy and that’s what is important. They’re growing a big root system now, so be patient. They really do grow incredibly fast. One day you’ll look at them and it’ll be like a jungle!

@Mparham @Countryboyjvd1971 @BIGE @dbrn32 @raustin @FloridaSon @merlin44 Thanks everyone for the encouraging words but I can’t help thinking something may have stunted these plants, especially when compared to @Mparham picture taken at 14 days. Same strain, NL Autos, same age. I’m sure there are other differences but the growth rate difference is phenomenal.

Its possible that they are different phenotypes. Indica heavy will not display the same growth rate as sativa heavy.

It’s all good…

Any other vendors besides HLG out there? They are out of stock on just about everything.

Growerslights, cobkits, and timber grow lights all carry them in some shape or form.

@Countryboyjvd1971 So I’m encouraged by the new growth I’ve seen in the last week. Since my last update I’ve adde a humidifier, monkeyed with the height of my lights, added a smidgen (scientific term for “a little bit”) of red light and watered for the first time a volume that gave me runoff (about 700mL per plant). I’m really surprised at the growth of my runt (the one with the yellowed cotyledon in the pic). It’s gone from being the runt to the largest of the three. You guys told me I’d be surprised when they took off and I am. I guess they really haven’t taken off yet but the growth is much improved after the slow start.

Two questions: Do you see some leaf curl beginning or is that just the leaf shape? And do you see anything else that bears mentioning in these plants? @dbrn32 @Laurap @FloridaSon @merlin44 @peachfuzz @BIGE @raustinimageimageimage

That curl is the beginning of “taco leaves”.

Check temp, humidity and pH…

I’m struggling to keep my humidity above 40. My temp is controllable between 70 and 80, and I pH everything that’ll hold still long enough (6 to 6.5). I thought my LEDs might be to close but raising them doesn’t ( or hasn’t yet) make any diff. Needless to say I’m watching them closely. What steps can I take to make sure it doesn’t get out of hand?

Do you have a humidifer? It would be wise to invest in one. Gotta get your humidity up.

I’m thinking about buying another. I’m probably going over board on my ventilation, still learning how to run my little room. Do you think my plants looked parched?

Misting with a bottle periodically. Other than that, I don’t know. I don’t grow inside because of not being able to control my environment properly.

What size pots? Usually at this point i give 250ml to each plus misting. Put your knuckle into soil by stem thatll tell you if too dry or wet.

5gal. pots. I’ve been giving 250mL and just started with the increase. Even so the knuckle test indicates I could have watered again today after the 700mL I gave on Thursday.

So I don’t think posting yt vids is cool to do here but I found a great one describing what I think is “leaf curl” and what to do about it. Rather than posting the link then, the title is “What causes leaf curl? - The Garden Sage 10 by Green Planet Nutrients. Hope sharing doesn’t violate any rules because this vid is to the point and specific, I think, to my curling problem. Thanks.
