Newbie help, week by week development with pics

So… The problem… I have such a lack is experience that I overthink everything with my grow. My first complete cycle gave me amazingly “high” results, but due to my ignorance, my LST was more like HST, and that equaled stunted healthy plants. Great bud, 5x5 yield about 4-5 ozs… Yeah, I know, what the…

So, is there a website, a forum post, something from an expert that shows the expected growth under ideal circumstances for cannabis; from emergence into seedling up until early veg? Heck, the complete life cycle would be awesome, but I am assume that from sprouting through early veg, most cannabis will grow at the same rate for the first 3-4 weeks of life… of course indica, sativa, hybrid, or hybrid auto all have different growth rates, so I really don’t know, but if there was a Reference guide for emergence from seed to early veg based on strain type, that would be awesome.

Not sure if this is what you’re looking for but I is from seed to harvest! Hellraiser grows Gorilla Glue and other stuff

There’s so many variables my friend. Genetics, pheno type, grow environment… etc, all plays a role. Plants will grow at different rates even if it’s the same strain.

If it’s yield you’re looking for. Find a strain that has heavy yields(a lot of Sativas). Vegging longer will also produce a bigger yield. Then there’s training methods like scrogging , mainlining, supercropping and the like which require longer veg times.

Look at @PiratedSoldier 's grow journal. It’s one monster of a plant I believe in a 5x5. Takes a lot of patience and time to grow a plant that big my friend. He will be rewarded immensely when finished.

Give this journal a look my friend.

There are countless threads around here of just that. Find some of the top growers and just start at the beginning of their journals.

Search for people using the medium and nutrient line your using to get real time comparison. Because not all setups are created equal

@Ri0 :point_up_2:these 3 are spot on!!! So many variables effect your final product, nutes and lights matter a ton but your attention to detail is equally important. Find your tribe in here and absorb as much info as you can daily. Good luck!!
