New tops showing yellow tips

On mid week 3, after I put for the first time the recomended 2ml of nutes in the water solution I started noticing a bit of a burn on the biggest tips of the older and dark green and relatively healthier leaves, and I downed my dosage to half. Next couple of days though the plants grew a lot and started preflower and 3 days after, I started seeing yellowing on the tips of the leaves of the first bud sites. I am not sure if its still an abundance or a deficiency of nutrients. Does anybody have a clue of what is could be?
First pick is one of the older bottom leaves.

Very normal for new growth to be pale, even yellow. They will darken as they grow out. Your girls look very healthy!

Look good. Just curious, you say you in your third flowering week? I have a plant that is two weeks flowering today, and it just barely showing any signs of flowering yet. Just looking for a comparison.

The yellow tips are referred to as painted nails, meaning you are feeding just right. Healthy looking overall.
