It’s a girl. Saw the pistil protruding from the calyx this morning. I use a magnifying glass. There’s no mistaking the yellow white hair sticking out of the pointy calyx. If only I could get a good close up picture.
that’s probably the best I’m gonna get for a close up. You see the pointy calyx? See the protrusion coming forth from it? I’m so excited, my second grow is successfully a girl! Now I just have to make sure I dont stress her into a hermie. I’m going to continue weekly nute feedings to the dirt and hourly foliar sprays with my coffee/mushroom tea mixture. And I’m starting a regimen of13hr light 11hr dark for the flowering stage. I’m attempting to make sure my plants are all organically grown. I dont want to use chemical ferts. We will see the benefits when it’s time to harvest. Long way to go, but it’s worth the wait

Sorry dude, but you have to be physically present and using a magnifying glass. Plus that’s near the top. The canopy is just starting to develop. You can’t really tell its canopy yet. Do you just grow weed? Or do you actually have experience in horticulture and agriculture like I myself? There are calyx displaying the little white hairs and yes it’s in its flowering stage. If the picture was more clear and more close up you would see that. Sorry but you’re wrong on being too early to tell. The buddings are very different than the pollen sacs that budded out on my last plant. It’s very evidently different, especially with a magnifying glass. I’m not new to growing plants, just my first time growing marijuana. I’ve been studying pictures after pictures after pictures on differences between sex and multiple variations between strains. And ilgm is not the only set of experts out there. I dont just turn to one place for advice or learning materials. I study through everything available, cross reference differences and likenesses in the theory and studies they provide. Unless you were here and utilizing a magnifying glass, you wouldn’t be able to tell to easily. Sadly I can’t get a better close up or you would see the beginning of a female plant. I wasn’t born yesterday and I’ve been around marijuana and people growing marijuana for over 14 years. But thanks anyway
