@bigdog1 … I germinated 15 seeds… three dif strands… 12 hours water soak(peroxide mix). 24 napkin method. And been in peet pots (48)… a third and fourth seed broke soil yesterday only three have shed their casings…
I’m using coco coir 70/30 prebuffered with half dose of cal mag and MYKOS

All the other seeds accept two have broken the surface a day ago… but haven’t shown growth…
My temps are 84/63rh at present and I have only been spritzing with plain tap water just to keep the surface from drying…(also misting the domes)…

My setup is 2 sonlipo spf6000 600w FULL SPECTRUM LEDS
8x8x9(grow room)
INFINITY 6ā€ exhaust Mylar covered sealed room , three six inch circular sandwich I’ve just turned on are my seedlings in trouble?… if so what can I do?… I don’t have a dehumidifier I live in a climate where the rh is always over 70%but can’t consistently reproduce it in the grow room
What CAN I or SHOULD I do to boost my other seedlings growth?

@OGIncognito good morning… am I in trouble with my seedlings?

A little extra humidity would be ideal but in range at 63%. Give them a day or 2 and depends on how deep they were planted :love_you_gesture:

Quarter to a half inch

@OGIncognito ok so how much should I water them… and how much?… (water)…
all of them are domed except for the three that sprouted their leaves

Seedlings need very little water for the first 10-12 days. Mist the inside of the dome and cover them removing the dome daily to re-mist, let them set awhile to get some fresh air and re-dome. I give a shot glass or 2 of water in a circle around the dome every 3-4 days but often the 4th day. Overwatering can lead to stem root or commonly called dampening off. watering away from the main stem will promote root growth :love_you_gesture:

Thanks gromie … should I leave the sprouts covers two? The three that shed their casings?

Keep them domed once they break ground for the first 2 weeks. Don’t dome until they sprout. Then you can mist the cup and leaves, let a little wind from the fans help strengthen the main stems then re-dome and repeat a few times a day. Hardest part of the grow in my opinion Brother! Just keep it simple and try not to love them to death :grin::love_you_gesture:

Edit: you can completely remove the dome when the leaves are touching the inside

Got it thanks !

Anytime Grow Bro :love_you_gesture:

Did you dampen the soil when you dropped the seeds? Looks a little dry on the surface, if needed you can spritz the top of the soil if it was t moist enough when you dropped them :love_you_gesture:

Sure did!…

I’m gonna mess around and lose them… I can’t get the humidity up past 55-58!… and the room temp is 84

That humidity will be 80% or so in the domes. That’s its purpose. Excellent temp as well. My seedlings thrive around 80-85 :love_you_gesture:

So what about the rest?… you said don’t put the domes back on them… but they haven’t shown much growth beside peeking their heads out the soil since yesterday morning?… so do I put the domes back on them too

And as you can see by the pics

Read back up where I said dome them once they break ground :love_you_gesture:
