My friend is insane. I also learned I didn’t have enough light with her. That’s another reason she wasn’t sprouting well. He bought this for my husband and I. I couldn’t believe. Oh the one I am re growing his plant for.

:joy: I didn’t think it was possible! It seems every other day my plant doubles in size. As soon as it’s ready I will send you @GreggT and @Graysin a sample. The least I can do for all the help.

Yep, now that the roots are laid and everything is healthy, it’s just a matter of waiting while she grows! :v:

Ill let more experienced chime in. I just wanted to say your girl looks good… i would assume the soil has everything she needs right now… just water. Watch her color & her leaves. That will tell ya

She’s looking a little pale but I wouldn’t be too worried. Next time you water (probably in a week to two - those are large containers with not much breathing room. I’m a big anti-plastic person when it comes to growing) I would water to runoff, collect the runoff and check your pH. At their age and size, I’d sooner believe that the pH is falling out of balance.

What to runoff, meaning water until Litterally water coming out of the bottom. Then adjust with nutrients? I did water her the day I posted the picture I was a little worried I did notice they were droopy a little bit. Now they are perked back up nicely. I will wait until next week to do a run off and let you know. Thanks so much! Next round I will be getting the cloth pots vs buckets. It does seem they respond better in cloth. I hope you’re doing well.

Water until about 20% of what you put in is coming out the bottom (I.e. If you water with a gallon, you should get 25 ounces out, more or less). It’s not exact, but you want enough water collected from out the bottom to have a good overall average picture of the pH in the soil.

Ok first run off. It’s on the lower color side I think.? Complete newbie at this part. What is recommended?

pH at 6.5 is the target.

I don’t know what that color means, but my real loose recollection from fish water pH test is that you’re sub 5.0. does that sound right?

If so, the course of action now is to run enough water at pH 6.5 through the soil all at once to get the runoff back to around 6.0-6.5.

Perfect! Thanks so much! It is wayyy below where it should be. You were right, definitely off. Should I do another run off now… or wait until she dries up?

I hope you’re doing well
