No I am officially only allowed to grow 12 plants maximum, but I am starting all 15 seeds and donating almost all of them to surrogate parents to nurture. I probably will give a lot of the weed grown from the three plants I keep. Goodness gracious if they are like the other 4 plants I grew, I will be putting up a sign in front of my house for free pot come get it. LOL.
