Need recommendations as low understanding

Hey guys,
Im currently using this light SAYHON SH2000

Using it for couple months on 100%, growing indoor in 4x2 tent. 3 plants. Is it okay or should i change? Also any recommendations if I should change ?
Thanks in advance

That is enough to flower out one plant. Plan accordingly.

Thank you for taking the time and responding. Will you be able to navigate me to what watts am i looking for 4x2 with 3 autos? And what brands?

Will this one do the job too strong/weak?

Welcome , The HLG 260 rspec XL would also be a good fit for your 2x4 space from start to finish.
Happy growing :v:

Yes , The 260 will flower a 2x4 space. I’m running two in a 4x4 which works great.

The light is going to be your most important piece of equipment for indoor Grow personally My choice I would go with HLG lights. Good luck :v: :+1:

You want to shoot for 30-50 watts per square foot of tent space. So to get 40 watts per square foot for a 4x2 you need a light the can supply 320 total watts.

The 260XL is a kit and will need to be assembled, and you will need some wiring abilities. It is not hard or complex to do though.
You may want to consider buying the 260 Rspec FR pre assembled kit. It is the same as the 260XL plus it has FR. Also it is pre assembled and cheaper. You can run your existing light for veg, and then switch to the 260FR during flowering.
The discount code DUDE will get you 10% off, and this will get you the 260 pre assembled for about $220. You can’t get any better than a HLG at a dollar per watt!

The spread that either 260 or a 350R will give would work perfectly with your 2x4. This will give you a even light distribution, and a even canopy.

Hey! Ordered the hlg 260 xl. Hopefully assemble isn’t hard… lol
Im growing auto, can i use this light all rhe time instead of switching since auto isn’t dependent on light color?

Cool, You will be happy with it! HLG has build instructions online. You may want to call them and ask if it comes with a dimmer, and if it doesn’t they will probably send you one along with assembly instructions.

I run two of the 260XL R-Spec’s in my 3x3. Great light and it does come with a dimmer. Assembly is very basic and easy. Download the Photone app so you can dial in your DLI. Good luck growing!

A plant’s reaction to color, whether it is an auto or photo should be similar. You may be thinking about hours of light or darkness.

Love to hear!! Can you recommend me how to set the light at different stages? What distance and what % of power?

I use a HLG65 for seedling, a couple weeks after i transplant from solo cups to 7 gal fabric pot. The 260xl goes on then at full dim. I start increasing to full power over the next week or two. I keep it at about 25/30 inches above plant.
