As a fellow Long Islander I would go with white widow and hope for the best if our summer’s continue like the last few your going to battle bud rot out of five plants only got partial harvest from two previous two years lost all to bud rot and deer white widow is really tolerant to most everything good luck and I’m out on the NOFO

I am growing White Widow and AK47 I got in the beginner mix that also came with Bubblegum, the WW and AK have been very easy to grow, I am on my first grow and my girls are doing great, they can handle a lot more than I thought

White Widow gets my vote as well. Pretty hardy strain. Excellent smoke! Grows like a weed.
Honorable mention goes to Super Silver Haze. Not sure how she does outdoors in the cold, but my grows can get pretty chilly and she made it fine thru a winter here

I have only read. But what I had come across says autos are more mold resistant than photos. I can’t say it is true though. I have got a few spots before on both photos and autos.
