Need Help! New Growth, here

Hey guys. First time grower, here, and I seem to have run into some big issues. Plants have looked BEAUTIFUL, up until about, 3 days ago. I started noticing white spots and tiny holes throughout my leaves. After some research, I came to the conclusion of, spider mites. Yikes. I ordered some organic pest control online, but my plants are looking worse than ever. I spent a lot of $, on my tent, hoping for a (near) perfect grow. If anyone has any tips or tricks for bringing my babies back, it’d mean the world to me. I’ve included some pictures. Thanks guys. Stay safe.

Welcome to the community ! pictures with a blue purple light really hard to tell much about the plant. I would repost picture in natural light and also if possible fill out support ticket. I can also see curling leafs so I would
include type of soil .Thanks

Spider mites don’t eat the plants so if there are holes caused by pests you need to look for something else causing it.

Spider mites do leave small spots on the leaves which is your first indication of infestation, but you can turn the leaf over and see the mites moving around. They are tiny and easier to see with magnification, but they are visible with the naked eye.

Holes aren’t all the way through leaves, but, when I flip them, you can clearly see light holes, showing through. Just received some neem oil, today and started first treatment. I’m using Bumper Crop, soil as my medium. Have noticed a small issue with thin layer of, what looks to be mold, even though my air circulation is very adequate. Am I using the wrong stuff? Ugh. Here are some (hopefully) better pictures. Thanks for taking the time to respond, guys. I really appreciate it.
