Probably the large temp swings you have.
yea i do have temp swing problem bad so i need to get that under control. sometime i go in and its 71f then ill go in 15-mins later and its 75f then i come back 15-20mins later and its 81f. with the a.c. i got its making temp swing bad think the thermostat not working right. i got it from home depot its a l.g. paid $400 bucks its on wheels. i think the problem with temps is i have the a.c. out of the tent so when i hit the thermostat to 75f it wont ever turn off cause the room outside the tent is always around 78-80 so the a.c. runs the hole time and makes it to cold. i think i better make room for the a.c. inside tent. thanks for your help please keep it coming i need lots of help thanks again.so what u think get the a.c. in the tent??? or leave out???
should I put inside so the thermostat works right guessing the thermostat reading where the AC sitting

There are different models depending on if you want to control more than one thing and also what they are rated to handle Amp wise.
You plug AC into controller and then run the controllers sensor into tent and set your wanted temps etc

You could also adjust the temp of the AC unit as it is now to a higher setting compensating for the difference between room and tent but that can be tricky based on lights on or off
