My Seedling leaves turning yellow

I had my seed germinating in a baggy and it was going well but I had to go out of town two days. Upon return the root/stem is probably 1 1/2" and the leaves are just starting to open. I put it in a damp ez-grow plug. Water I used to dampen it was distilled and PH was about 6. Is the yellowing from lack of light? I put the plug under a tupperware “dome” and under my LED grow lights. This was what stuck out at me when I was searching - lack of light for my situation. If so, should I leave them on all night or set a timer for them?

Thanks
